Vegan French Toast

I served these with toasted coconut, almonds, strawberries and maple syrup!
Very tasty maple syrup, its not too sweet and not too thick either.
Vegan French Toast:


  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 very ripe mashed up banana
  • 1.5 tablespoons almond butter (or use tofu or peanut butter, or coconut butter)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar of choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and nutmeg
Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl and dip bread in it. Add oil or vegan butter to hot pan. Put the dipped bread onto the pan and flip after the side browns! Enjoy! Serve with fruit, agave, maple syrup, whatever your heart desires!
