Be great, feel great, and act great!

Not very good breakfast food! But great tasting nonetheless.

My butternut squash soup, and an open faced hummus, nutritional yeast, salsa, red pepper, and red onion sandwich!

I was feeling for something savoury, not sweet. (I had two too many of my brownies last night). I have this notion that if I eat all the brownies in one day, then I can just work it off the next day, instead of working it off everyday that I eat the darn things.

I'm off to do DAY 6 of the 30 day shred. I think I'm going to do level 2 again, even though it killed me. I'm not too sure what's in store for me today, I'm just going to see how I feel and go with the flow!
