Easy lemon and garlic pasta!

This pasta was tangy, sweet, savory, and delish! I added some sauteed asparagus and pine nuts to bring the dish together! This kept me full for a very very very long time!

Easy Lemon Garlic Pasta:


  • 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup packed fresh basil
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend away! Serve on cooked pasta noodles and enjoy! Serves about 2 large portions. I used brown rice noodles but feel free to use any other noodles! :) Add some pine nuts on top to enjoy it even more!

Now for some heart pumping 30 day shred!!!
