Hey everyone! As you can probably tell, I follow a very clean and nutritious diet! It took me a bit of time and reading to get to where I am now, but I would never change it for the world. The way I feel and look now, since adopting this way of eating, is a billion times better than the way I looked and felt 5 years ago. Through a mindful, healthy and active lifestyle i've managed to become comfortable in my own skin and enjoy life instead of stressing about it.
