Everyday I have a large salad for lunch. It's easy, quick, and a great way to get in all your colours for veggies. I make one dressing a week, and make enough of it to last both Husband and I. When eating raw or any sort of healthy diet, you have to plan ahead and make bulk quantities of things that have a longer shelf life (like almond milk, crackers, hummus, dressings, and sauces).
Today Husband and I are going to look at townhouse nearby and I am so excited! It will be great to have a home where there is a front door that opens to the road and not having to take an elevator everyday!
