Here are a few of the other things I've eaten in the past few days but had not gotten around to posting.
|Spelt gnocchi in my homemade tomato sauce with 2 tbsp nutritional yeast and 1/3 cup rice milk. Added some asparagus and onions too!|
|My spelt sweet potato and date muffins, topped with almond butter! A great snack.|

Today was a major cleaning day. Nine loads of laundry! All in all, the laundry cost 30$! What a rip off! Now all the laundry is on the bed waiting to get folded. :(
I made it out to swimming today. It was a one hour class and we did:
- 300 warmup free
- 8 x 25 kick ( no arms dolphin kick on front, no arms dolphin kick on back) 10 second rest
- 10 x 100 ( third 25 is fly) on 1:50
- 4x ( 50 easy free, 25 easy free, 25 hard fly)
- 4 x ( 25 fly sprints)
- 200 cool down free
