Work has been pretty dead lately, it seems that not many people are going out to eat after the holidays. I went into work for half an hour and had one table, boo.
Worked on my biceps and triceps today. I did an isometric hold and curl for my biceps and it totally killed them; loved it!
Some work snackage. Collard greens with barley stirfry, a Vega bar, and raspberries.
