Raw High Protein and Energy Chocolate Bombs:
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup poppy seeds
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup hulled hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup flax seeds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 and 3/4 cups shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1/4 cup ground dark roast coffee
- 1/2 cup agave
- 1/2 cup almond butter or peanut butter (I used almond)
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
- 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Mix all of the dry ingredients (seeds, coconut, cinnamon, coffee and salt). In a separate bowl mix the wet ingredients until even. Add the wet to the dry. Mix well so that everything is coated. Distribute the mix onto parchment paper in little balls. Refrigerate for at least one hour before eating. If its hard to shape them into balls, wait until after they have been refrigerated to mold them.
